Terms

A written confirmation and a 30% deposit 10 days after receiving our offer is required for booking. After we receive the deposit, a written confirmation of payment and a binding reservation will be sent to you. The outstanding balance is to be paid upon arrival. Your booking can also be guaranteed by a credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Mastercard).

Cancellations

• For cancellations up to 45 days prior to the commencement of the Skiper Residence services, the deposit will be returned in full.
• For cancellations between 44 and 8 days prior to the commencement of the Skiper Residence services, 90% of the deposit will be returned.
• For cancellations of 7 days or less prior to the commencement of the Skiper Residence services, deposit is non-refundable.
